| The Twin Hills Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) allows mining tenements to be issued to mining company BMA Gold Limited for a gold and silver mining operation.
The agreement, between the Jangga native title applicants and BMA, includes consent to renewals or further renewals of any of the mining tenements granted. Tenements able to be granted include prospecting permits, mining claims, exploration permits, mineral development licences, mining leases and other authorisations required for the operation. The agreement also specifies that an exploration permit is to be granted to Plutonic Operations Limited over an area of land previously within EPMA 12012 and the ILUA area - the permit is then to be transferred to BMA. All tenements granted to BMA under the agreement may be transferred to nominees of BMA. |
