The Dunwich Sewage Treatment Plant Indigenous Land Use Agreement (the ILUA) enables the Redland Shire Council to construct, use and maintain a sewage treatment plant, pipeline and reservoir at Dunwich on North Stradbroke Island, off the coast of Queensland, south of Brisbane.
The native title party for the area, represented by Quandamooka Land Council, consents to a twenty year lease and any renewals for two lots of land for the plant. |
