| The agreement area is described in the extract from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements as '[a] section of Little Tallebudgera Creek and adjacent lots in the vicinity of Miami Keys and Florida Gardens, to the west of the Gold Coast Highway between Australia Avenue and Hooker Boulevard, and a section of the Nerang River between the Bermuda Street Bridge and a Lot 4 RP841216 in the vicinity of Florida Gardens.' The ILUA is within the Gold Coast City Council and the South-East Queensland ATSIC region, on the south east coast of Queensland. |
