The Mackay Harbour Beach Park Indigenous Land Use Agreement (the ILUA) was one of the first ILUAs to be registered in Queensland, along with the Mackay Surf Lifesaving Club ILUA. The native title parties consented to the gazettal of a parcel of land to Mackay City Council for development as a park for recreational purposes, in the Mackay Harbour Beach area of North Mackay. |
