	The ILUA covers the area of the project, which is defined by the boundaries of the following parcels of land: Block 868; Sub-blocks U and Z; Block 869 Sub-blocks L, M, N, O, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z; Block 870 Sub-blocks Q, V and W; Block 940 Sub-block E; Block 941 Sub-blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T, U, Y and Z; Block 942 all sub-blocks; Block 943 Sub-blocks L, M, N, O, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z Block 1014 Sub-blocks A, B, C, D, E, J, K and P; Block 1015 all sub-blocks; Block 1016 Sub-blocks A, B, F, G, L, M, Q, R, S, V, W and X; Block 1087 Sub-blocks B, C, D, E, G, H, J, K, N, O, P, S, T, U, Y and Z; Block 1088 Sub-blocks A, B, C, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W,X, Y and Z; Block 1159; Sub-blocks E, K and P; Block 1160 Sub-blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, Q, R, S, T, V,W and X; and Block 1232 Sub-blocks A, B, C, F, G, L, M, Q, R, S, V, W, X and Y. The area covers current Mining Leases 20294 and 20221 and Mining Lease Application 20323. Other mining tenure within the area may be granted in future. The ILUA is located on the west of Almaden, which is west of Atherton and Cairns, in north east Queensland. It is within the Mareeba Shire Council and the Cairns & District ATSIC region.

Summary Information:
Under the Wakamin People and Australian Fine Grain Marble Pty Ltd #2 Indigenous Land Use Agreement, the Wakamin, the native title applicants for the area, consent to the grant of mining tenements and ancillary rights to Australian Fine Grain Marble for their proposed mining project. The parties agree that the grant of the mining tenements is a 'future act' (an act that may affect native title rights) under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), which without this ILUA would attract the right to negotiate. However, under the terms of the ILUA, the right will not apply.
