The Willowra Deed for Exploration was agreed by Poseidon Gold Ltd, PosGold Ltd and the Central Land Council. The Deed provides for: - protection and rehabilitation of the environment; - instruction on Aboriginal culture; - training for Aboriginal people; - mining; and - compensation. Compensation is payable to the traditional Aboriginal owners via the Northern Land Council and includes the reimbursement of costs for Council members or traditional Aboriginal owners for their responsibilities under the deed. |
