Summary Information:
The Deed of Management was made between Limilngan-Wulna Aboriginal Corporation and the Conservation Commission of the Northern Territory.
The Limilngan-Wulna Aboriginal Corporation as the registered proprietor of the land has leased the land to the Conservation Land Corporation for the purposes of a national park.
Pursuant to the Conservation Commission Act 1980 (NT), the Commission will maintain care, control and management of all land in accordance with the lease and the relevant plan of management.
Under the agreement the Aboriginal community will benefit from employment and training opportunities with in the park.
