  • King on behalf of the Eringa Native Title Claim Group and the Eringa No 2 Native Title Claim Group v State of South Australia [2011] FCA 1387.
Detailed Information:

The Irrwanyere Aboriginal Corporation was formed in 1989 specifically to represent the interests of traditional owners of Witjira in their negotiations with the South Australian Government. Irrwanyere members are Aboriginal People who are traditional owners by birth or who reside in the country, together with those whose forebears were traditional owners and their descendants.
