The Ranger Uranium Project: A Deed (the Agreement) was entered into between Peko-Wallsend Operations Ltd (Peko), Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australasia Limited (EZ), Australian Atomic Energy Commission (AAEC), Energy Resources of Australia Ltd (ERA), and Ranger Uranium Mines Pty Ltd (RUM) on the 9 September 1980. Under the Agreement Peko, EZ and the AAEC were released and discharged from liability under the Management Agreement of 9 January 1979 and ERA was joined in their place under that Agreement.

The Agreement is supplemental to the Management Agreement.
