The Gkuthaarn and Kurtijar Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) is an agreement between the State of Queensland and two native title parties representing the Gkuthaarn People and the Kurtijar People. Under the agreement, all native title rights and interests in the agreement area are surrendered to the State. The effect of this is to extinguish native title rights and interests in the area. |
