The period of operation of the ILUA is affected by the following clause of the agreement (Clause 1.2) which states 'This Agreement will terminate on the later of either the 20th anniversary of the Commencement Date or on the date that the last Exploration Permit granted or renewed in accordance with this Agreement expires or is otherwise terminated.' | |
