The Implementation Plan for the Nisga'a Final Agreement sets out how the Final Agreement will be put into effect practically. It does not create legal obligations, but presents a ten-year blueprint for development of Nisga'a Nation. The bulk of the Implementation Plan consists of Activity Sheets that detail the obligations and activities required by the Final Agreement. These Sheets identify ways in which these obligations will be fulfilled. The Plan also includes a Communication Strategy regarding implementation and content of the Final Agreement, and Guidelines for the Operating Committee during implementation. |
