| The East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a body corporate created under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic), amalgamating the St Arnaud & District Hospital, the Donald District Hospital, Wycheproof & District Health Services, Birchip Bush Nursing Hospital and Charlton Bush Nursing Hospital. The EWHS provides hospital services, aged care and primary care services to a population of approximately 12,000 in the Northern Grampians and Buloke Shires. It is a signatory to the Birchip Hospital Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA). |
