The Pipelines Act 1967 (Vic) 'addresses all aspects of pipeline licensing and construction for gas transmission pipelines greater than 1050 kPa, including access to land, safety issues during construction and environmental issues. The Pipelines Act also addresses licensing, construction and operation issues for non-gas pipelines.'
