The Telstra Ngaanyatjarra Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) 'provides for the relationship between the native title and Telstra Corporation Limited's interests within the Agreement Area.'

The parties to the agreement are Telstra Corporation Limited, Yarnangu Ngaanyatjarra Parna Aboriginal Corporation and Ngaanyatjarra Land Council Aboriginal Corporation. Under the ILUA the parties consent to the doing of various acts, 'whether or not they are future acts', including the grant of Sub-leases to Telstra. The parties agree that the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) are not intended to apply with respect to any future acts consented to.
