Summary Information: | |
The Antakirinja Area Minerals Exploration Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on 16 June 2005. This ILUA supersedes the previous Antakirinja Area Minerals Exploration ILUA registered on 18 May 2004 (National Native Title Tribunal File No. SI2003/007) by way of a Deed of Variation. |
Detailed Information:
The ILUA was modified following the annual general meeting of the Antakirinja Land Management Aboriginal Corporation (ALMAC), at which it was decided that some of the overlapping native title groups in the area would be absorbed into the larger Antakirinja native title claim. The Agreement now reflects the current native title claims in the ILUA area.
