    The Wanjina-Wunggurr Community have been recognised as having non-exclusive native title rights and interests in land and waters over traditional lands in the Northern Kimberley region of Western Australia, in areas between and Brunswick Bay and Napier Broome Bay.

    These native title rights and interests were recognised in Barunga v State of Western Australia [2011] FCA 518, Goonack v State of Western Australia [2011] FCA 516 and Neowarra v State of Western Australia [2004] FCA 1092 (27 August 2004).
