Summary Information:
The Aboriginal Lands Act 1991 (Vic) revoked the reservation of three former mission stations and authorised the granting of the land on which the mission cemeteries were located to certain Aboriginal organisations for 'Aboriginal cultural and burial purposes'.

The Wurundjeri Tribe Land and Compensation Cultural Heritage Council Incorporated was granted an estate in fee simple in the cemetery and access road at the Coranderrk Mission near Healesville (shown in Schedule 2 to the Act).

The Goolum Goolum Aboriginal Cooperative Limited was granted an estate in fee simple in the cemetery at the Ebeneezer Mission near Dimboola (shown in Schedule 3 to the Act).

The Gippsland and East Gippsland Aboriginal Cooperative Limited was granted an estate in fee simple in the cemetery and access road at the Ramahyuck Mission near Stratford in Gippsland (shown in Schedule 4 to the Act).
