The Aboriginal Land (Manatunga Land) Act 1992 (Vic) provided for the granting of a small parcel of Crown land, and the concurrent extinguishment of a Crown lease and any other encumbrances over that land, to the Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative Limited. The land comprises four hectares located in the parish of Bumbang at Robinvale in north-western Victoria. The grant was subject to a condition that the land be used for 'aboriginal cultural purposes'. |
