    'The objects for which the Association is established are:

    (a) To provide a supportive environment in which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Men can address problems in their personal and social lives.
    (b) To access other community resources with a view to ensuring that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men derive full benefit from such services.
    (c) To provide rehabilitative shelter or support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Men [who are] suffering substance abuse, are homeless, on parole, have an unstable/volatile domestic lifestyle, are at risk of offending[,] disabled or lacking adequate education and employment opportunities.'
