The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Services and New South Wales Corrections Health Service was signed on 6 August 2003. It enables Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Services to 'provide a clinic to Aboriginal inmates at Goulburn jail' (see Tongs and Dukes 2003).
