    'Dogrib' is the english translation given to the Tli-cho people. The traditional lands of the Dogrib people is between 62° and 65° N and 110° and 124° W in the Northwest Territories, Canada. South to north, Great Slave Lake and Great Bear Lake border the Dogrib lands, whilst the westernmost range of the Dogrib includes the eastern edge of the Mackenzie River Lowlands including areas of the Great Slave Lake, reaching almost up to Great Bear Lake. The Dogrib are part of the Athapaskan language group.
