The Gudjuda Reference Group Aboriginal Corporation was incorporated in 1999 pursuant to the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976 (Cth).
The corporation has a wide range of objects of incorporation, including representation of Traditional Owner's land and sea interests, the promotion of culture, business opportunites and other interests of the Traditional Owners. The constitution identifies the Traditional Owners as members of the tribal groups of Juru, Bindal, Gia and Ngaro. |
