Yakanarra Adult Education Centre was established in 2001 as an annex of Karrayili Adult Education Centre in Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia. Students of the centre are mostly completing the Certificate in General Education for Adults (CGEA), with some also completing diploma level studies with Notre Dame University, Broome.

The Centre consists of a multi-purpose room which has computers, lecture space, workspace and library. The syllabus is mainly art focused and in the past short term programs have included screen printing and video making.
