The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was developed between Bridge Clinic and Aboriginal Primary Health Care Access Program (APHCAP) of the Hills Mallee Southern Regional Health Service in late 2005. The MOU aims to establish a partnership between Bridge Clinic and the APHCAP of the Hills Mallee Southern Regional Health Service in order to achieve better health outcomes for the local Indigenous Community. | ||

Purpose The purpose of this MOU is to establish a partnership and guidelines for the operation thereof, between Bridge Clinic and the APHCAP of the Hills Mallee Southern Regional Health Service to 'achieve better health and well being outcomes for Aboriginal people and families.' The partnership endorses the following objectives of working towards: The MOU will remain in existance for the duration of the term of funding of the APHCAP. Responsibilities The Bridge Clinic will: APHCAP will: The Bridge Clinic and APHCAP will jointly: Evaluation The MOU will be evaluated regularly proceeding the first three months from the commencement of the delivery of GP services at LMNC. Reporting will be coordinated through the Steering Committee. |
