    The Incorporation is owned through a closed shareholding system consisting of 1.5 million shares held by 4,250 shareholders. These shares can only be sold, gifted or willed to other shareholders or to direct descendants of a previous shareholder.

    A Management Committee of seven persons is elected by shareholders.

    The Incorporation is a party to the Ngati Whakaue Deed of Agreement.
