| The extract of the ILUA from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements describes the area covered by the agreement as follows:
This Agreement applies to that part of the area of Pastoral Lease Number 2186 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1229 Folio 2 and described as White Catch that is covered by the Yandruwandha Yawarrawarrka Native Title Claim, being the area to the north of the line joining the points Longitude 140 degrees 39 minutes 31 seconds E, Latitude 29 degrees 07 minutes 23 seconds S and Longitude 140 degrees 20 minutes 57 seconds E, Latitude 29 degrees 14 minutes 17 seconds S, excluding any Existing Public Roads. |

The Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka White Catch Pastoral Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the State of South Australia (APPLICANT) and Kenneth David Ogilvy and Raylene Patricia Ogilvy; Charlie Moore, Leslie Harris, Fay Nicholls, Theresa Bottrell, Aaron Peterson, Anita Paterson and Fedrick Brown on behalf of the Yandruwandha Yawarrawarrka People; and the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka Traditional Land Owners (Aboriginal Corporation) on 7 March 2008.
The purpose of the ILUA is to provide, amongst other things, for the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People accessing and undertaking traditional activities in the area covered by the ILUA.
The ILUA was registered on 7 March 2008 and does not have a stipulated period of operation. |
