The Yanduwandha/Yawarrawarrka Merty Merty Pastoral Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the State of South Australia (APPLICANT) and Pamela Jean Rieck; Charlie Moore, Leslie Harris, Fay Nicholls, Theresa Bottrell, Aaron Peterson, Anita Paterson and Fedrick Brown on behalf of the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People; and the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka Traditional Land Owners (Aboriginal Corporation) on 7 March 2008.
The purpose of the ILUA is to provide, amongst other things, for the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People accessing and undertaking traditional activities in the area covered by the ILUA.
The ILUA was registered on 7 March 2008, and does not have a stipulated period of operation. |
