The extract of the ILUA from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements describes the area covered by the agreement as follows: This Agreement applies to that part of the area of Pastoral Lease Number 2425 recorded in Corwn Lease Register Book Volume 1333 Folio 38 and described as Gidgealpa that is covered by the Yandruwandha Yawarrawarrka Native Title Claim, being the area to the east of the lines joining the point Longitude 140 degrees 06 minutes 44 seconds E, Latitude 28 degrees 15 minutes 22 seconds S Longitude 140 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds E, Latitude 28 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds S and Longitude 140 degrees 51 minutes 06 seconds E, Latitudes 27 degrees 40 minutes 35 seconds S and excluding any Existing Public Roads.
Legal Status: Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 7 March 2008. This is an authorised Area Agreeement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).

The Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka Gidgealpa Pastoral Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the State of South Australia (APPLICANT) and DOCE Pty Ltd; Charlie Moore, Leslie Harris, Fay Nicholls, Theresa Bottrell, Aaron Peterson, Anita Paterson and Fedrick Brown on behalf of the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People; and the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka Traditional Land Owners (Aboriginal Corporation) on 7 March 2008.

The purpose of the ILUA is to provide, amongst other things, for the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People accessing and undertaking traditional activities in the area covered by the ILUA.

The ILUA was registered on 7 March 2008 and does not have a stipulated period of operation.
