This Agreement applies to the area of the Lease held by S. Kidman & Co Ltd under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 (SA) recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1625 Folio 52 including any similar replacement Lease, and excludes any Existing Public Roads. |

The Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka Innamincka Pastoral Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the State of South Australia (APPLICANT) and S. Kidman and Co Ltd; Charlie Moore, Leslie Harris, Fay Nicholls, Theresa Bottrell, Aaron Peterson, Anita Paterson and Fedrick Brown on behalf of the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People; and the Yandruwandha Yawarrawarrka Traditional Land Owners (Aboriginal Corporation) on 7 March 2008.
The purpose of the ILUA is to provide, amongst other things, for the Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka People accessing and undertaking traditional activities in the area covered by the ILUA.
The ILUA was registered on 7 March 2008 and does not have a stipulated period of operation.
