	The extract of the ILUA from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements describes the area covered by the agreement as follows: The area subject to this agreement covers about 0.16 hectares and is located approximately 76 kilometres north east of Thursday Island on Warraber Island as shown on the locality map. The agreement covers Lease H on Plan SP180031 which is within Lot 4 on Plan TS171. The area of the ILUA also falls within the jurisdiction of the Local Government Authrority of Warraber Island Council.
Legal Status:	Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 11 March 2008. This is an authorised Area Agreeement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).

Summary Information:
The Warraber Island Primary Health Care Centre Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the State of Queensland (APPLICANT), the the Warraberalgal (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation and Ian Larry on 11 March 2008. The purpose of the ILUA is to provide for construction works and the grant of a Trustee Lease. The ILUA was registered on 11 March 2008, and does not have a stipulated period of operation.
Detailed Information:
The parties to the ILUA consent: - to construction acts and the grant of the Trustee Lease taking place without objection or opposition from the Warraberalgal People; - that no compensation is payable in relation to the construction acts or grant of the Trustee Lease; - that, as far as is applicable, the non-extinuishment principle applies to the construction acts and the grant of the Trustee Lease.
