| Project: Mount Thorley Operations and Hunter  Valley Operations Summary: The Coal & Allied Cultural Heritage Management Agreement is an agreement with the Wonnarua Tribal Council for access approval to land containing Aboriginal sites and artefacts. The agreement contains a process for gaining site clearances and management of sites which is linked to a long-term assistance program for the local Aboriginal community. Identified needs of the community include community and cultural enhancement, education and business development.
