Linda Jane Vilder, Dulcie Nicholls, Yvonne Stewart, Stan Kay, Norman Graham and Brian Kelly on behalf of the Bundjalung People of Byron Bay are party to the Ti Tree Lake (Taylor's Lake) Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA 3), which was registered on 22 April 2008.
They were also a party to the Bundjalung People of Byron Bay Indigenous Land Use Agreement 2, in which they surrendered their rights to native title in exchange for employment and training in co-management of a new national park region which was also registered on 22 April 2008. |
