The Mining Agreement Between Thor Mining and Eastern Arrernte Native Title Holders was signed by Thor Mining and the Central Land Council (CLC) on behalf of Eastern Arrernte Native Title holders on 25 October 2007.

The agreement is for the construction of the Molyhil Tungsten-Molybdenum project, located approximately 250 km northeast of Alice Springs. It followed an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) which previously covered exploration of the site.

The agreement includes a commitment by Thor Mining to provide opportunities for the training and employment of Aboriginal people from the region. Additionally, according to a CLC media release (2007), the CLC will be working with the 'native title holders on community development projects which will be developed as a result of the agreement to develop outstations and assist with health and education issues.'
