	The Agreement Area includes all the land and waters (including the beds and banks of those waters) shown in plans no. ASK 227, 429 and 6604/072B, as described by the included metes and bounds. Metes & Bounds Description of surrender area Adjacent to Lot 638 on SP 185431, Parish of Coonambelah, County of Elphinstone. Commencing at a point being the the south western corner of Lot 637 on SP185431 and bounded by the bearings below: Bearing 08�46'45' for a distance of 37.8m; Bearing 278�56'43' for a distance of 362.7m; Bearing 233�33'15' for a distance of 30.0m; Bearing 208�47'15' for a distance of 87.0m; Bearing 286�14'50' for a distance of 57.8m; Bearing 28�48'08" for a distance of 38.0m; Bearing 286�18'08' for a distance of 30.0m; Bearing 255�18'08' for a distance of 30.0m; Bearing 341�34'22" for a distance of 90.18m; Bearing 24�13'35' for a distance of 1 199.9m; Bearing 126�27'13' fora distance of 888.67m; Bearing 211�29'55' for a distance of 874.0m; Bearing 301�35'10' fora distance of 29.16m; Bearing 278�44'56' for a distance of 185.8m; To the point of commencement and containing an area of 88.70ha more or less.

Summary Information:
The Townsville Ocean Terminal Agreement Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) involved the Gurambilbarra People surrendering native title rights over the agreement area in order to enable the development of the Townsville Ocean Terminal and adjacent residential and commercial premises. The signatories to the agreement were City Pacific Ltd (APPLICANT) and Christine George, Virginia Wyles, Alice Dowden, Beverley Underwood, Angelina Akee and Petrina Pam Hegarty, on their own behalf and on behalf of the Gurambilbarra People.
Detailed Information:
The surrender of native title, and the agreed acts of City Pacific Ltd are limited to the areas not previously extinguished by acts of the Queensland and Commonwealth governments. The ILUA specifies that the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) do not apply to the grant of the land. The Gurambilbarra also approved any activities which are related to the project, including those which would result in extinguishment of their native title rights. The terms and conditions of the agreement are commercial-in-confidence.
