The Darling Downs to Wallumbilla Pipeline(s) Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA)was agreed between Alison John, on behalf of Origin Energy Wallumbilla Transmissions Pty Ltd (APPLICANT)('Origin Energy') and Barunggam Parties and the Western Wakka Wakka Parties. It provides for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of petroleum/gas pipelines. The ILUA operates for the duration of the Project. Rights, which includes (but is not limited to) approvals, leases, licences and so on which are required or useful for the project.
The ILUA was registered with the National Native Title's Registry of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 29 January 2009.
