Under this ILUA, the parties agree that certain Future Acts may take place within the ILUA area. These include the granting of a licence by the State that will allow development in the area, the completion of the development project in accordance with the planning permit and the use of the area by the developer. There are further Future Acts listed in schedule F of the agreement.
The parties agree that the Future Acts done in respect of this area are valid.
