The Kirrae Whurrong Group agrees to support the doing of the agreed future acts, to take any measure necessary to enable the proponent to obtain a permit and project consents and not to hinder directly or indirectly the grant or exercise of rights resuant to the permit or project consent.
The Kirrae Whurrong Group also agrees that any agreed future acts done within the agreement area are valid and that the Mortlake Power Station Project Gas Pipeline will be established.
If the proponent gives 30 days notice to the Kirrae Whurrong signatories, prior to project approval, that it no longer intends to build the pipeline or that it has decommissioned the pipeline, the agreement may terminate. Further, the agreement may be terminated by agreement in writing by both parties.
