The ILUA was agreed between the State of Queensland as represented by the Environmental Protection Agency and John Edwards, Victor Maund, Alfred Joyce, Stephen Brooks and Dean Purcell. Detailed Information: | ||
The parties agree to the design, planning, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance and decommissioning including rehabilitation of the Mamu Canopy Walk. The parties agree to validate any past acts which relate to the project if they were done prior to the registration of the agreement. Non-Extinguishment Principle The parties acknowledge that the non-extinguishment principle applies to project rights when done and to any other future acts consented to aspert of teh project. Compensation The Mamu Native Title Claim Group agree that compensation given under this agreement and in the ancillary agreement is in full and final satisfaction of any compensation requirements. |
