The Masig Community Hall Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the Torres Strait Island Regional Council and the Masigalgal (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation. The purpose of the ILUA is to allow for the construction of a community hall by the Council on the island of Masig.
