	The ILUA covers that part of Lease C in Lot 35 in BS222 over which native title was deemed to exist in the proceeding QUD174/97 by the Federal Court of Australia. The ILUA area is located in Hope Vale near Cooktown in far north Queensland, and is within the jurisdiction of the Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council.
Legal Status:	Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 28 October 2010. This is a Body Corporate Agreement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).

Summary Information:
The Woibo Lease ILUA was agreed between the Dhubbi Warra Aboriginal Corporation Registered Native Title Body Corporate, the Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council and Edmond Willie and Raelinda Woibo. The purpose of the ILUA is to provide consent for the grant of a lease to Mr and Mrs Woibo.
Detailed Information:
This ILUA includes both prospective and retrospective consent to the construction, development, operation and maintenance of any housing or associated structures on the land subject to the lease by or on behalf of Mr and Mrs Woibo. The parties agree that their consent to the doing of these acts constitutes the requisite consent for the purposes of ss 24EB(1)(b) and 24EBA(1)(a)(i) of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), which cover the effect of registration on previous and proposed acts covered by ILUAs. The parties also agree that the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) do not apply to the grant of the lease.
