| The ILUA area covers approximately 1444 hectares of land in the Phillip Creek Locality, Northern Territory. It covers land excised from Phillip Creek Pastoral lease more or less designated as NT Portion 7025(A) existing approximately 17 kilometres north-west of Tennant Creek. | ||

| The ILUA provides for the surrender and extinguishment of native title interests in the agreement area. It provides for the grant of a Crown lease over the area with with attached development conditions over that area. If these conditions are met, the ILUA provides for a grant of a fee simple estate over the agreement area. A bulk handling facility is to be constructed on the agreement area next to the Adelaide to Darwin Railway. The construction is to be undertaken by Global Port Solutions Pty Ltd. Native Title in the ILUA Area The ILUA covers land over which the Patta Warumungu people established non-exclusive native title rights and interests in Patta Warumungu People v Northern Territory of Australia [2007] FCA 1386. | ||
