	The ILUA area comprises approximately 3.2 hectares in the town of Katherine in the Northern Territory. The ILUA area falls within the Local Government Authority of Katherine Municipality.

Summary Information:
This Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the Northern Territory of Australia Department of Lands and Planning, the Northern Land Council, Jessie Brown and others on behalf of the Dragoman People and Sally Mumbin, Denise Williams and Bill Harvey Snr on behalf of the Wardaman and Jawoyn People. The purpose of this ILUA is the grant of a 75-year lease to enable the establishment of a Regional Cultural Precinct on the ILUA area.
Detailed Information:
As part of this ILUA, the parties agree to the grant of a lease over the ILUA area by the NT Department of Lands and Planning for a total of 75 years. Consent is also given to the undertaking of any actions by the Department that are in anticipation of or for the purpose of the grant of the lease, or that are in accordance with the purpose of either the lease or this ILUA. The purpose of the lease under this ILUA is the establishment of a Regional Cultural Precinct that will include a regional art gallery, an outdoor performance centre and other facilities.
