Summary Information:
This Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between Gary John Murray and others on behalf of the Dja Dja Wurrung Native Title Group, and Stephen P. Glasson and Russell L. Sanderson, on 28 November 2009. The purpose of this ILUA was to provide consent for the grant of a mining license by the State of Victoria, as well as the doing of mining activities in respect of the license area.
Detailed Information:
Pursuant to this ILUA, the parties consent to the grant of a mining license to the proponent by the State of Victoria under the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 (Vic) with respect to Mining License Application No. 5503. They also agree to the obtaining of any consent required by the proponent in relation to the license application. Their consent includes agreement to the renewal, amalgamation or variation of the license.

The parties also give their consent to the use of the license and of any consent pursuant to the licennse in the license area, being mining tenement MIN5503. They agree that any mining done pursuant to the license in this area will be valid.

Right to negotiate provisions

The parties also agree that the right to negotiate provisions in Subdivision P, Division 3, Part 2 of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) will not apply to the license.
