Summary Information: | |
This Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the Northern Territory of Australia and the Northern Land Council. The purpose of this ILUA is to provide consent for the surrender of native title rights and interests over the area known as Lot 828, and for the subsequent grant of freehold title with respect to that area to Radovic Investments Pty Limited. |
Detailed Information:
Pursuant to this ILUA, the Northern Land Council gives its consent to the surrender of native title rights and interests over Lot 828 in the town of Borroloola. The Council agrees that the surrender is intended to result in the extinguishment of all native title rights and interests in Lot 828.

The Northern Land Council and the Northern Territory agree that the right to negotiate provisions in Subdivision P, Division 3, Part 2 of the Native Title Act 1993 are not intended to apply to any of the future acts to which consent has been given under this ILUA.
