The purpose of this ILUA is to provide consent for a series of future acts, including the grant of an estate in fee simple over two parcels of land in the ILUA area. | ||

| Pursuant to this ILUA, the parties consent to the grant of an estate in fee simple by the Northern Territory of Australia over two parcels of land: - Proposed NT Portion 6992(A); and - Proposed NT Portion 6921(A). On behalf of the 'Native Title Parties', the Central Land Council consents to the extinguishment of native title over both of the abovementioned land parcels. The parties agree that the right to negotiate provisions in Subdivision P, Division 3, Part 2 of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) will not apply to any of the acts to which consent has been granted under this ILUA. | ||
