The World Indigenous Cultural Exchange & Economic Development Organisation is a private Aboriginal-owned and operated enterprise with several subsidiary businesses. It has an Aboriginal workforce, training and development arm (Corporate Culcha) and a carbon trading arm (Carbonculcha). It also has operations in the housing and construction area. In all these areas, the organisation operates according to a Global Generic Development Model recognised by OxFam International.
The World Indigenous Cultural Exchange & Economic Development Organisation is a signatory to the Many Rivers Regional Partnership Agreement (RPA), which was signed on 25 August 2009.
