Nyiyaparli people are from the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Nyiyaparli people are a party to the Hope Downs 4 Corridor Agreement (ILUA) and lodged in 2005 an application for determination of native title over 36684.019 sq km in the Pilbara region.

The native title rights and interests of the Nyiyaparli People and the Nyiyaparli People #3 were recognised, on 26 September 2018, in the consent determination Stock on behalf of the Nyiyaparli People v State of Western Australia (No 5) [2018] FCA 1453.
