	The agreement area covers about 490 sq km in the vicinity of Mount Mulligan in Northern Queensland. The area is within the jurisdiction of the Tablelands Regional Council.

This Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was entered between the following parties: - Mantle Mining Corporation Ltd - Nguddaboolgan Native Title Aboriginal Corporation - Mt Mulligan Coal Pty Ltd - Calcifier Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd - Trafford Coal Pty Ltd - James Archer, George Archer, Walter Richards Snr, Kenneth Jackson, Lola Brown, Alfred Neal Snr, Percy Neal, Saul Burns Snr,Ernie Burns, Vincent Wason, Maxwell Underwood, Andrew Garrett on their own behalf and on behalf of the Djungan People #1, #2 and #3. The purpose of this Area Agreement ILUA is to provide consent to Trafford Coal to undertake activities for the discovery, location and delineation of economic coal deposits and payable coal seam gas deposits.

Details of the Agreement The agreement was entered between the parties so as to provide Trafford, its contractors, servants and agents all the required approvals, consents, licences, titles, renewals and other entitlements so as undertake discovery, location and delineation of economic coal deposits on discovery, location and delineation of economic coal deposits on EPC772 and payable coal seam gas deposits on ATP718P. This agreement does not include mining for commercial extraction of coal and coal seam gas. Commencement This agreement commences on 03/10/2012 and continues for the term of the project rights. Native Title in the ILUA Area The Nguddaboolgan Native Title Aboriginal Corporation administers land owned by the Djungan People. The Djungan People's rights were recognised by the Federal Court of Australia to more than 182,000 hectares of land in North Queensland. The land includes Land Act reserves, pastoral leases and some leasehold and unallocated State Land situated in and around Mount Mulligan, west of Mareeba. The nature and extent of the native title rights and interests in the area include: -the right to possess, occupy and enjoy the parts of the land in which exclusive rights exist; -the right to access, camp on, hunt, fish and gather in the parts of the area in which non-exclusive rights exist.
