Detailed Information:
Details of the agreement The parties entered into the agreement so as to provide consent to all project activities that take place in the agreement area. For the purpose of the agreement Exploration and Production Related Project Activities include the following: - the exploration, extraction, collection, processing or production of, natural gas; - permitting or requiring any of the things referred above but not limited to the grant of, dealings of any kind with tenements, petroleum tenures, licences, permissions and authorities, the grant of, changes to or any other dealings of any kind involving land tenures or other interests in land (such as any lease, permit or easement), any statutory, regulatory or other approvals and any physical activities. Gas Transmission Related Project Activities include the following: - the collection, distribution, transmission or transportation of natural gas; - permitting or requiring any of the things mentioned above - any Looping Project including the grant of, changes to or any other dealings of any kind with licences, permissions and authorities, the grant of, changes to or any other dealings of any kind involving land tenures or other interests in land (such as any lease, permit or easement) any statutory, regulatory or other approvals and any physical activities. For the purpose of this agreement, Project Activities means the following: - all future acts by, for, on behalf of or for the benefit of Arrow Energy, any Related Bodies Corporate of Arrow Energy and any other Person entitled to benefit under this Agreement which are necessary for the project and done in the ILUA Area. Looping Project means any activity by Arrow Energy which requires the construction and operation of any future main gas transmission pipeline which:- - augments the capacity of any existing main gas transmission pipeline also comprising part of the project; or - is located generally parallel to any existing main gas transmission pipeline also comprising part of the project. Commencement The Agreement commences on November 8 2012. Native title provisions The right to negotiate does not apply to any of the project activities under the agreement. Native title in the ILUA Area The native title claim application of the Southern Barada, Kabalbara, Yetimarla people was dismissed. The claim application for the Jetimaraal people was discontinued.
